On Wednesday 11th May 2016, army officials from the 4th Infantry Brigade visited Masjid Zakaria in Savile Town. They were shown round the classrooms, prayer rooms, etc and were also introduced to the ritual washing Muslims do before prayer. Army officials took part in practically doing the ritual ablution which consists of the washing of the face, arms, head and feet. After this, they were taken into the the main prayer room and there they were shown how Muslims pray 5 times a day. The Army officials practically did this as well.
